ECP MECHANICAL PROTECTION

Your Toyota or Scion consists of thousands of moving parts, so it's reassuring to know that Toyota Extra Care Protection (ECP) is there to keep you covered.

ECP PLATINUM and ECP GOLD are available for terms up to 7 years or 200,000 km (whichever comes first), and they provide protection beyond Toyota's New Vehicle Warranty, for an extensive list of vehicle components.

Coverage of damaged equipment by road hazards. Applies to parts, plowing, installation, balancing, and the applicable taxes for your Toyota dealer to repair or replace original equipment tires.

ECP OIL & FILTER SERVICE / INSPECTION PROGRAM

If you are buying your ECP plan within 31 days of the original vehicle registration date, you are eligible for the ECP Oil & Filter Service / Inspection Program.

PLATINUM – 8 Complimentary Services

Includes eight (8) Oil & Filter Services and one (1) Tire Rotation (for vehicles with 6 Month / 8,000km oil change schedule)
3 years maintenance service program (for vehicles with 12 Month / 16,000km oil change schedule - see dealer for details)

GOLD – 4 Complimentary Services

Includes four (4) Oil & Filter Services and one (1) Tire Rotation (for vehicles with 6 Month / 8,000km oil change schedule)

ECP VEHICLE RENTAL ASSISTANCE

Alternate Transportation reimbursement, for a maximum of 5 days, if your vehicle must remain at a time of repair. Additional 5 days if back-ordered, up to $ 400.

ECP is also fully transferable to a new vehicle owner if you choose your Toyota or Scion during the term of your plan.

EXTRA CARE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

When you purchase a Toyota Extra Care Protection Plan, your New Vehicle Roadside Assistance is extended through your ECP term, and enhanced with additional coverage:

Trip Interruption
Reimbursement of hotel, meal, and transportation fees up to $ 300 if covered 80 km from home.

Road Trip Planning Assistance
Contact us at least 10 days in advance and we’ll mail you a package that includes personalized maps, alternate routes, points of interest, tour and accommodation directories, lists of Toyota dealerships, and entertainment en route.

Continued Coverage
If you’d like to extend your Extra Care Roadside Assistance coverage beyond the terms of your ECP plan, it’s easy and affordable at only $98.95 + tax for one year or only $178.95 + tax for two years.

We are going to care for you by offering a number of extra care plans, for peace of mind motoring.

To be eligible, plans must be purchased at the point of sale.

TOYOTA ROAD HAZARD PROTECTION

Toyota offers 3-YEAR or 4-YEAR Road Hazard Protection plans, to help you avoid out-of-pocket expenses when driving your tires.
